A SECOND shockwave in four days was sent through the upper ranks of British society when Lord Peter Mandelson was arrested.
The Labour veteran's arrest on suspicion of misconduct in public office came after the former Prince Andrew was quizzed over the same offence.
Mandelson, 72, was escorted from his home near Regent's Park, North London, by plain-clothed police officers.
