BOILING POINT (3.40) looks red-hot for Karl Burke in the Cambridgeshire Handicap at Newmarket.

The four-year-old colt is another serious contender for the yard who won this prize last year with Liberty Lane. He lost his way for Roger Varian after cosily denying Bold Style at Listed level here last June.

But the bay was an eye-catching fifth on debut for his current trainer in a handicap at Newcastle this weather, sadly, that we will be going to the Arc.
