I'll Askou question of Miller says new Well boss

NEW Motherwell boss Jens Berthel Askou is set for a sit down with Lennon Miller next week - but he admits he's not banking on having the in-demand star on board next season.

Askou got down to work at Fir Park yesterday after taking charge in the wake of Michael Wimmer's shock recent departure.

The Dane is currently assessing the squad before drawing up a fresh transfer wishlist.

And Miller's future is also at the top of his in-tray with the Scotland ace not due back from holiday until next week. The teenager is being chased by a host of clubs with Well expected to cash in this summer.

But Askou said: “It would be naive to say we’re not planning without him.
