NIKOLAY TODOROV'S late header earned Arbroath a precious point as they unfurled the League One title flag.

Todorov cancelled out an early stunning strike from Jamie Murphy as the home side were finally rewarded for a gutsy Gayfield display.

The part-time Angus side, who came within 12 minutes of earning promotion to the top flight in 2022, have continued to defy the odds in recent years as they begin their sixth Championship campaign in seven years.
