Star admits careless driving as she put rider in hospital
HOLLY Willoughby has admitted knocking a man off a motor scooter while driving her Mini Cooper.
The former This Morning presenter, 44, collided with the victim near her £3million home in August.
A court was shown footage of Willoughby turning right into a side street in her £25,000 car without indicating, before hitting the white Piaggio scooter.
The victim, who was not named at the hearing, was seen flying off his bike after the collision.
He suffered a broken bone in his neck and a broken toe.
Mum-of-three Willoughby pleaded guilty by post and was not required to appear at her sentencing hearing at Lavender Hill Magistrates’ Court in south London.
The presenter, whose name appeared in court documents under her married name Holly Baldwin, was given six penalty points and fined £1653.
