Gran cycles 1000 miles for her favourite charity

A GRAN is cycling 1000 miles from Land's End to John O' Groats for a cause close to her heart.
Janette Garden, 70, is raising money for Healthy Valleys - a charity that has helped her find confidence in her senior years.
The gran of eight will reach Dingwall today and hopes to arrive in John O'Groats on Sunday.
