Fatal crash mum gets suspended prison stint

A MUM whose young sons died in a car crash when she drove with an underinflated tyre has been given a suspended sentence.
Amy Sheppard, 29, was driving her Vauxhall Astra with Louie and Mason Ellis, eight and six, in the back seat when the rear tyre caused it to fishtail.
Travelling on the A52 in Lincolnshire in October 2023, the Astra veered across the road and struck an oncoming Audi.
Louie and Mason suffered fatal injuries despite having been belted into appropriate seats.
