DYLAN CAN TRIP RIGHT FANTASTIC

PETER LEVEN has been showing Aberdeen’s rising star Dylan Lobban clips of Kieran Trippier so he can make an impact in a back four for the Reds.

The right wing-back came in to make a real impact under Jimmy Thelin until his unfortunate sending-off at Celtic back on December 21, where he was sold short by Dimitar Mitov, curtailed his playing time.

Lobban hasn't featured since the Scottish Cup-winning boss left early last month and Leven has been playing with a back four, which means Lobban needs to adapt his game.

That is why he has been showing him footage of the Newcastle and former England star.

Leven said: “Dylan came in when we had been playing in a back five.

“I have been showing him some trips of Trippier and stuff like that to show it is different when you play in a back four.
