Robbo won't dwell on Saints' streak

- BY FRASER MACKIE

STEPHEN ROBINSON admits he's terrified to think about St Mirren's terrific run of results.

His side are on a stunning streak of form over two seasons, their only 90-minute loss in 18 games being an opening-day defeat to an 87th-minute goal at Celtic.

Paisley boss Robbo would love to extend that stellar run into the international break with a positive outcome at Kilmarnock today.

And the Northern Irishman is confident he can count on a squad that never settles despite their relative success.

He said: “I think we've lost one in 18, to Celtic.

“So we have to be careful because that’s when people become complacent.

“And it’s my job to make sure there's no complacency, that we don't turn up and think it'll happen. Runs are there to be ended and people always want to end other team’s good runs.
