Jack all right for Scots if Warrior test passed

SCOTT FORREST believes Jack Dempsey will be ready to return for Scotland next month - as long as he comes through his Glasgow comeback unscathed.

The Aussie-born back-rower hasn't played since March when he picked up a hamstring injury against Wales.

He was then just minutes away from his Warriors return last month only to tweak his groin in the warm-up.

But Glasgow assistant coach Forrest revealed Dempsey is now fully up to speed and in line to feature against the Bulls on Friday night.

He said: “Jack is looking good and trained fully last week. So I would expect him to be back in the mix this weekend.
