Coventry makes the perfect Cathedral city

Having grown up in the Midlands, I'm always telling people how good the area is, but they never believe me.

It's a place that seems forgotten about, with neither northerners or southerners seemingly too bothered about what they can find there. But they should be.

The Midlands has a strong sense of heritage, shaped by its industrial past, and it's home to several of the UK's most exciting cities.

Nottingham and Leicester each have their own unique characters, but Coventry stands out to me as a city bursting full of life, history and warmth.
