ALEXANDER SCHWOLOW admits Hearts' derby nightmare gave him sleepless nights.

BED SORES

But the big German goalie is desperate to make sure the Jambos keep dreaming as they look to bounce back against Livingston today.

Derek McInnes' side suffered only their second league defeat of the season in last weekend's 3-2 loss at bitter rivals Hibs.

It was a painful blow in a game that saw Hearts fightback from being three down.

The Gorgie outfit still lead the Premiership by three points but Schwolow admits it took him time to get over the defeat.

And he reckons in the long run it might be something they can ultimately use as a positive going forward.

He said: "Sometimes it's not easy to get over defeats, you think about it when you're lying in bed in the evening, about the huge disappointment.

"What do I think about it? It's hard to tell but you concede at the worst possible times, like in the second minute, in the 45th minute and in the 47th minute.

"I think we can take something positive out of it because I think we should have drawn in the end.

"Although we were 3-0 down and could have been beaten 4-0 we didn't and we came back into the game.
