School shut by burst water pipe damage

A Gwynedd school is closed after a burst water pipe caused “substantial damage.”

The incident at Ysgol Cae Top in Bangor over the weekend has caused major damage to the internal structure and contents. A full assessment will be carried out once carpets and other furniture is removed.
The school was closed yesterday and there is no reopening date at this stage.
