PEOPLE in Wales "aren't ignoring" the default 20mph speed limit, despite the number of people recorded as exceeding the limit crossing the 100,000 mark.

Founder of the 20's Plenty For Us group, Rod King, congratulated police and the Go Safe speed reduction partnership for their work.
More than 100,000 drivers have been caught breaking Wales' 20mph default speed limit, but Mr King said the numbers did not show people were not listening.
