Biker's beep led to police checks and his machine seized

A BIKER beeped his horn in the wrong place and at the wrong time.
The motorcyclist sounded his horn in the centre of Colwyn Bay for no obvious reason over the weekend.
Unfortunately for him he was in the vicinity of a police patrol car.
The noise got the attention of officers who noticed the rider had one L plate on the rear but not the front.
The plan was to have a chat with the biker and offer some educational tips.
However when they carried out a check they found the bike had no insurance, tax or valid MOT.
