TWELVE affordable homes are planned at agricultural land at Dwygyfylchi in Conwy county.

Sion Roberts of Cadnant Planning has applied to Conwy County Council’s planning department on behalf of Cartrefi Conwy.The housing association is seeking permission to build 12 affordable homes, new access, an internal road, as well as associated drainage and landscaping works.
