19-year-old arrested after man found unconscious in high street

POLICE have released a statement after a North Wales high street was cordoned off for several hours.
People in Bangor reported seeing a large cordon in place between the junction for Dean Street and the Bangor clock.
Witnesses said there was initially a ‘large police presence’ on Sunday morning before this was scaled down.
