Royal Mail back in profit at last

ROYAL Mail has posted its first profit for three years just as it gets the go-ahead to slash second class deliveries.

The privatised postal giant made £12million in the year to March 31, against a thumping £336m loss the year before. But it comes as households and businesses are facing yet more stamp price hikes while many are failing to get their post on time.
