After a varied career in retail Sharon Fox, 51, from Barnsley, West Yorkshire, is now greetings cards buying manager for TGJones.

I manage the cards category at TGJones, covering all seasonal events.

I started here last March. Our small but highly dedicated team consists of three buyers and three merchandisers. I oversee the category on the buying side, making sure we stock the latest trends, driving sales, and working closely with suppliers daily to ensure the best ranges for our customers. Valentine's Day is one of the standout moments in the TGJones calendar and I help to shape a range that reflects the latest trends, heartfelt sentiments and customer favourites. I focus on creating a collection that helps shoppers celebrate love in all its forms.
