DIARMUID O'CARROLL insists it was a "no-brainer" to swap life at Newcastle for a new challenge at Sparta Prague.

O'Carroll (left) has been No.2 to Northern Ireland boss Michael O'Neill since 2023, but his CV is eclectic, from Glentoran Women to the Downtown Las Vegas Soccer Club.
And it was the chance to further his football journey and work as a first-team coach under ex-Denmark international Brian Priske for his return to Sparta that was too good an offer to resist.
