Meaden: This is a side issue

DRAGONS' Den star Deborah Meaden believes the probe into Angela Rayner's tax affairs is a distraction from the real issues.

The businesswoman, 66, said: “Of course it's not right, but I do think it's a little bit of a side issue.

“You know what I really worry about? We spend so much time talking about those issues that are raised by people with vested interests to bring somebody down.”
