My life was ruined, says biker victim
FORMER Manchester United star Nicky Butt has been banned from driving for a year after a crash that badly injured a motorcyclist.
Adam Fielding told a court he was in constant pain and addicted to painkillers after the accident, which he said ended his career and ruined his social life.
Butt, now chief executive of League Two Salford City, failed to spot Mr Fielding's Honda 125 as he pulled out of a junction in his Land Rover.
