LITTLER: THE NUKE IS SET FOR LIFT-OFF

LUKE LITTLER has told his rivals "this is my time" after winning the World Grand Prix.

Luke the Nuke continued his domination of the game by beating rival Luke Humphries 6-1 in the final in Leicester.

It was his fourth major title of the year following his successes at the World Championship, UK Open and World Matchplay.

He is now closing in on the world No.1 spot, with Humphries having to defend a huge amount of prize money from his winning run two years ago.

"This is my time and I've just got to keep going," Littler said.

"Until I get that world No.1 spot, I will never call myself the best in the world.
