OH my Christ! It's one of the worst-kept secrets in showbiz, but James Corden and Ruth Jones yesterday confirmed they have written another episode of Gavin & Stacey.

It will air on Christmas Day, exactly five years after Ruth's character Nessa was seen going down on one knee and proposing to James's character Smithy.
