M&S WOE AND SUN PUSH UP PROFITS

FASHION giant Next yesterday upped its profit forecasts yet again after a double boost from the hot weather and the cyber attack on Marks & Spencer.
The firm saw takings jump 10.5% in the three months to July 26, smashing City estimates.
UK sales rose 7.8%, helped by better than expected weather and "trading disruption at a major competitor".
