First ever Superman comic 'to top £4.5m'

A PRISTINE copy of the first Superman could become the most valuable comic ever, tipped to fetch more than £4.5million.
Three brothers discovered the valuable 1939 edition in the attic at their late mother’s home. They also unearthed five early Action Comics which introduced Superman.
Heritage Auctions, based in Dallas, said the siblings found the comics tucked away beneath faded newspapers.
