YOUNG people are being targeted by online networks that can coerce them into becoming abusers themselves, a worrying report claims.

The Molly Rose Foundation and safety organisation Resolver yesterday released a report on Com networks - a global online ecosystem associated with extreme forms of cyberbullying, exploitation, violence, crime and abuse.
