Budget airline hits back after being ranked worst & calls survey "fake" NAIR

BUDGET airline Ryanair has been ranked the worst airline in the UK for customer satisfaction.

The no-frills carrier was rated lowest of nearly 30, with a score of 55% in a survey by consumer group Which?.

It got just two stars out of five for its booking process, boarding, customer service and cabin environment, and one star for seat comfort.
