Mum's call to witnesses

STEPHEN Lawrence's mother has urged witnesses to come forward with information to a new independent review of her son's racist murder.

Baroness Doreen Lawrence said that this is the final opportunity for full justice and she cannot grieve until that is achieved.

Cold case detectives working for the College of Policing are examining information held by the Metropolitan Police to identify any outstanding lines of inquiry.

Baroness Lawrence said yesterday: “This is the last opportunity we're going to have to get the complete justice Stephen so deserves.
