COMPLAINTS of sexual assault, domestic abuse and stalking against military personnel are to be dealt with more effectively if MPs approve a new bill.
MP Louise Sandher-Jones
The Armed Forces Bill would let service police authorise detaining suspects pre-charge, a decision currently only for commanding officers.
New protective orders would allow for swifter action against perpetrators, protecting victims from further harm.
