Tom Lacey has been struggling to find the right distance for LUCKY MANIFEST (2.55) but a strongly-run two miles might just be the key.

He’s only raced over further since joining the Herefordshire-based trainer last summer but the way he travelled when finishing third at Plumpton last month suggests this could be his trip.

That's backed up by some of the data from his efforts this season and his Cheltenham second behind A Pai De Nom over 2m5f in November is good form.

The likely strong pace should help and the stiff finish will bring his proven stamina into play. Have 1pt each-way at 20-1. Sky Bet is paying out on six places.
