Tamil Union began their Major Club limited over tournament campaign on a winning note with a three-wicket win over defending champions Ace Capital CC at the P. Sara Oval yesterday.

Ace Capital CC taking first lease of the wicket made 193 and Tamil Union in their run chase helped by a half ton from opener Sithara Hapuhinna raced to the target in the 44th over.
