The Sri Lanka Schools Athletics (SLSA) will conduct the provincial level stage one events of the 54th Ritzbury Sir John Tarbat Junior Athletic Championship 2025 on May 8 and 9 at the Public Stadium in Beliatta.
The meet will be held under three age group categories - Under-13, Under-14 and Under-15 - with more than 1,000 athletes set to participate from the Southern Province, Sabaragamuwa Province and Monaragala District.
However, the SLSAA have removed the Under-12 age group events from this year's meet on the advice of the Ministry of Education and the Health Department.

One person gives endless attention, loyalty, effort, and care while the other only receives without truly valuing any of it. It has become such a normal pattern in modern relationships that many people no longer even realize how emotionally damaging it can be.
