Painting has always been a part of Namalee Real's life.
Whether she travelled, attended university, learned to play an instrument, Namalee Real's cognizance has always been on painting. She is also a writer and plays the cello. Her passion however has been observing the light and shade, the tints of colour, the shape of a profile. Each artwork is her individual creation, a one off. Symbolism or a countenance is seen in many paintings. However, it is the observer who interprets what is in front of them; as in a mirror, every time one looks at the painting, one visualizes something new, different. To understand and truly enjoy the painting, the title (if there is one) serves only as a guide.
