Consolidates ownership to support long-term growth, marking major exit for BOV Capital

ROAR Global, a mar-tech venture builder that builds, acquires, and scales companies across platform ecosystems and AI, has completed a landmark share buyback of its early institutional investor, BOV Capital, marking a significant milestone in the group’s evolution.

The transaction represents a major exit for BOV Capital and results in further ownership consolidation at Roar Global, strengthening the group’s ability to execute on its long-term vision with greater strategic flexibility and alignment.
