TALAWAKELLE Tea Estates PLC (TTE), one of Sri Lanka’s premier Regional Plantation Companies and a member of the Hayleys Group, has appointed Nishantha Abeysinghe to its Board as Director/Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 August 2025.

Abeysinghe was also appointed as a Director of TTEL Hydro Power Company Ltd., TTEL Somerset Hydro Power Ltd. and Hayleys Plantation Services Ltd.
