Darshan accounts for Division A nett win

CINNAMON Grand Monthly Medal Tournament for May 2025 at the Royal Colombo Golf Club (RCGC) once again delivered an exhilarating show of amateur golf at its finest, as players across a wide spectrum of handicaps battled it out for top honours in their respective divisions with over 260 golfers teeing off in the 2 day event at the RCGC Course in Borella recently.

In Division A (for players with handicaps from 0 to 9) Darshan Veeraraghavan emerged as the nett winner with an impressive score of 71, securing the top spot on a better back nine count against Chandana Gunasekara, who also carded a 71 nett. On the gross leaderboard, Kumar Danushan claimed victory with a solid 72, showcasing precision and consistency on a course that tested every aspect of a golfer's game.
