Cabinet approves timeline for 2026 Budget

THE Cabinet of Ministers at their meeting on Tuesday approved presenting the Appropriation Bill for the year 2026 to Parliament in October.

According to the approved timeline, the second reading or the traditional Budget speech will take place in November, with the third reading and subsequent Budget debate scheduled for November and December.
