Wiegman sad and emotional about Earps retirement

ENGLAND manager Sarina Wiegman admits that she is “really disappointed” to be without Mary Earps for Euro 2025.
-
The 32-year-old goalkeeper, who quit international football earlier this week, was the Lionesses’ No.1 for their title triumph at Euro 2022.
Earps also helped England reach the 2023 World Cup final, winning the Golden Glove.
Wiegman, below, said: “I’m really disappointed...I want her as part of the team.
"It must have been a really hard decision for her.
"I had some conversations with her that I don’t want to share here because it is between us. She has done such a great job for England.
