NEARLY four in 10 adults neglect their gums as they focus only on brushing their teeth, research has found.
Nearly half brush for less than 90 seconds on average - well under the recommended minimum of two minutes.
And over one in 10 have bleeding gums every few weeks, found the poll of 2,000 adults.
