Trump lucky to be alive on his junk diet, claims RFK

US health secretary Robert F Kennedy Jnr says he does not know how Donald Trump is alive because “he eats really bad food”.

The cabinet member was asked who has the most “unhinged” eating habits, and revealed the president’s diet consists of McDonald’s, sweets and Diet Coke.

He added: “He has the constitution of a deity.

“I don’t know how he’s alive, but he is.”

Mr Kennedy clarified the 79-year-old only eats “junk food” while travelling.
