AFTER Tamworth substitute Nathan Tshikuna had inadvertently given Tottenham the lead in extra-time, the visiting players looked a little embarrassed.

It had taken a scruffy own-goal to break non-League resistance and finally provide Spurs some relief.

However, calling it non-League resistance does a severe injustice to Andy Peaks' side.

What a shame the scrapping of replays denied the Lambs a chance of a night under the London lights.
