Southport loss mum: 'We were so happy'

THE mum of Southport knife attack victim Alice da Silva Aguiar has spoken out for the first time since her daughter was murdered.

Alex Aguiar said she, Alice and the little girl's dad Sergio were a very close family.

The heartbroken mother added: "In the weekends we would spend time together, go to friends' houses, go out for meals. We were always happy to be us three, we had everything so what else could we have asked for?"
