Claudia too busy for talk show

PLANS to turn Claudia Winkleman into a chat show host have been put on ice because she is too busy.

The presenter wowed in a pilot a year ago but making a series for the BBC is not on the cards.

Mum-of-three Claudia fronts the hit game show Traitors, co-presents Strictly and is making a second series of Channel 4's The Piano.

And she hosts a weekly Saturday show on BBC Radio 2.

One insider confirmed the chat show try-out with So Television, the production company that makes Graham Norton's BBC One series, had gone well.
