Sir Ian: I'll take rest of year off after stage fall

SIR Ian McKellen has revealed he will not return to acting until next year after his theatre fall.
The legendary star, 85, lost his footing while performing in Player Kings at the Noel Coward Theatre in June, injuring his wrist and neck.
He said the fall has left him "feeling weak physically" and that he is doing exercises to treat the issues.
Sir Ian added: "Of course, it's emotional. We all trip all our lives. It's just when you get to my age you can't always get up again.
"I'm just trying to convince myself it was an accident.
