Sinisterra seizes moment to shine

But just over 30 minutes after causing pandemonium at the Vitality Stadium with the penalty that booked Bournemouth's place in the last eight, there was not a calmer person in the building than Sinisterra.

The forward, 25, spoke with a composure that made you understand why when his moment to shine came, it did not weigh upon his shoulders.

Maybe it was coloured by the fact that Sinisterra has suffered several aborted attempts to return from a hamstring injury sustained in October, so only came on in the 84th minute of this dramatic two-hour tussle.
