SAS hero 'poisoned by ISIS fires' sues for £200k

A RETIRED SAS hero who claims he was poisoned by fumes from burning oil wells set on fire by terror group ISIS is suing for more than £200,000 compensation.

Adam Dobby, 54, alleges he was exposed to a cocktail of toxins while working as a security consultant for news network CNN - and says he now needs a lung transplant.

CNN denies liability, saying he worked in the same areas as its crews — and no risk of respiratory issues was identified then or later.
