Roberts hails Parker for his revival

CONNOR ROBERTS has thanked Burnley head coach Scott Parker for bringing him in from the cold after he was exiled by Vincent Kompany.
Former Clarets head coach Kompany axed the Wales right-back from his starting line-up in December 2023 and he spent the second half of last season on loan at Leeds. Roberts, who is back as a regular this term under Parker, said: "This season has been really good.
