Relatives hunting lost sailor find a burnt phone and iPad

THE family of a sailor last seen on Gran Canaria say they have found a burnt iPad and phone.

James “Jemsie” Nunan, from Colchester, Essex, disappeared in August on a round-the-world trip.

A search traced him to a kebab shop in Las Palmas, the Spanish island's capital, on August 19 - his Irish passport around his neck.
