MPs' fury as top judge calls clash over Gaza family 'unacceptable

BRITAIN'S top judge was blasted after interfering in the row over a controversial immigration case.

Lady Chief Justice Sue Carr condemned PM Sir Keir Starmer and Tory leader Kemi Badenoch for discussing the case of a Palestinian family allowed to come to the UK on a Ukrainian refugee scheme.

Sir Keir said the decision was wrong and that Home Secretary Yvette Cooper was working to close the "loophole".

But Baroness Carr called last week's Prime Minister's Questions clash "unacceptable" and has written to Justice Secretary Shabana Mahmood.

Mrs Badenoch said yesterday:
